How do I change or cancel my order?
Once you place an order, we start packing it up right away and ship it out for quick delivery to your door. Unfortunately, changes to orders are not possible after they’ve been placed.
What payments do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Google Pay and Apple Pay as methods of payment.
How is sales tax included?
We charge sales and use tax according to Federal, Provincial and Local government guidelines, based on the shipping address you provide when you place an online order.
What currency is the site in?
Our site is in Canadian currency.
Return & Exchanges Policy
At Signature Beauty Lounge, we promise to do our best to meet your satisfaction. All unopened and sealed products can be returned and exchanged within 60 days of purchase.
All products opened, unsealed, or used products will not be accepted for returns or exchanges due to hygienic reasons, unless an allergic reaction is reported. See allergic reactions section below.
To start a return or exchange, please email shop@signaturemedispa.com with your name, order number, phone number and items to be return/exchange. Return postage will be responsible by the customer him/herself or drop off at our office location during office hours. Exchanged products postage will be sent out at no additional cost.
Discounted Items
Please note that all purchases made at a discount of more than 20% off are eligible for return or exchange only in the form of store credit. Refunds to the original method of payment are not available for these discounted orders, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
Store credit will be issued as an online gift card or account balance, which can be applied toward future purchases.
Store credit has no expiration date and may be used across multiple transactions until fully redeemed.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Customers remain entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if goods are faulty, not as described, or otherwise protected under applicable consumer protection laws.
Refused Packages
If a parcel is returned to us due to the customer’s personal reasons — such as refusal to accept the delivery, providing an incorrect or incomplete address, or failure to collect the package from the courier or postal office — the order will be treated as a “refused package.”
In such cases, a refund will be issued after the package has been safely returned to our facility. Please note that:
Shipping fees (both outbound and return) will be deducted from the total refund amount, based on the actual costs charged by the courier.
Only the remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the refusal or return of the shipment.
We kindly remind all customers to ensure that the shipping address and contact information are accurate and that someone is available to receive the parcel at the time of delivery.
Allergic reactions:
We understand that certain products do not always agree with every skin type. Signature Beauty Lounge will refund or credit the individual product that caused the allergic reaction. All reactions must be reported within the first 48 hours of use. Signature Beauty Lounge reserves the right to request a doctor letter or photos of the reaction to confirm that it was caused by one of our products.
